Abstract

Sensitive information such as property documents necessitates a secure and immutable database. Current centralized systems suffer from drawbacks like performance bottlenecks and susceptibility to single points of failure. To address this, we propose a blockchain-based system for secure property document storage. Our system integrates with government authorities to store property documents on the Inter Planetary File System (IPFS), generating hashes for document verification. Smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain validate and verify documents, creating a decentralized and tamper-proof ledger.
