This research focuses on the psychological effects of technology and social media on individuals, especially teenagers and young adults. The study examines issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sleep disorders, cyberbullying, addiction, and social isolation caused by excessive social media usage. At the same time, it also highlights positive effects such as online learning, communication, emotional support, and awareness generation. The research is based on surveys, literature reviews, and analysis of user behavior patterns.
