Concept drift and anomalies in data streams pose significant challenges for real-time monitoring systems, as changes in data distribution can affect system reliability and decision-making. This paper presents a real-time concept drift monitoring system designed to detect both gradual changes and sudden anomalies in streaming data. The system integrates statistical drift detection and anomaly detection techniques with interactive visualization to improve interpretability. Unlike traditional approaches that focus primarily on detection, the proposed system emphasizes usability and explainability by providing concise insights and highlighting key events instead of presenting large volumes of raw data. A live monitoring module simulates real-time data flow, enabling continuous detection and immediate feedback through alerts and system status indicators. The system is implemented using Python, Streamlit, and Plotly, ensuring a user-friendly interface. Experimental results show that the system effectively identifies drift and anomaly patterns while maintaining clarity and ease of use. The proposed approach supports better decision-making by combining detection, visualization, and actionable insights within a single integrated platform.

This paper presented a real-time concept drift monitoring system designed to detect and analyze changes in data streams. The system integrates concept drift detection and anomaly detection with interactive visualization to provide a comprehensive monitoring solution. Unlike traditional approaches that focus only on detection, the proposed system emphasizes usability by presenting concise insights and highlighting key events instead of overwhelming users with raw data. The implementation demonstrates that the system can effectively identify both gradual changes and sudden deviations while maintaining clarity and ease of interpretation. The inclusion of a live monitoring module further enhances its applicability in real-time environments by enabling continuous observation and immediate feedback. Overall, the proposed system improves decision-making by combining detection, visualization, and explainability within a single platform. It provides a practical and user-friendly approach for monitoring dynamic data environments.
