Real-time voice cloning has become one of the most remarkable advancements in modern artificial intelligence, enabling machines to replicate a speaker’s unique vocal identity using only a small audio sample. With the rise of neural architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and GAN-based vocoders, synthetic voice generation has moved from robotic speech to highly natural and human-like audio. This paper presents a comprehensive study and implementation of a real-time voice cloning system integrated with a web interface. The system provides functionalities such as user authentication, voice upload, noise reduction, speaker embedding, text-to-speech synthesis, multilingual translation, and gender-based voice variation. Along with an examination of the architecture and algorithms used, this paper includes design diagrams, detailed methodology, functional workflow, testing approaches, and final results. The proposed system is efficient, scalable, user-friendly, and suitable for various applications, including AI assistants, content generation, accessibility tools, and personalized voice services.
