Regional Language Optical Character Recognition Using Machine Learning

The character recognition is fast-growing and composite area of machine learning and pattern recognition. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a process or technology in which text within a digital image is recognized. It is mainly used for converting the transcribed, handwritten or any printed text to the text data that can be edited and reused.
