The Restaurant Management System (RMS) is a software solution designed to streamline and automate various operations within a restaurant environment. In the modern food service industry, efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are critical for success. Traditional restaurant management practices often involve manual processes that are time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient. This project aims to overcome these challenges by developing a centralized digital platform that integrates key functionalities such as order management, billing, inventory tracking, table reservations, and report generation. The system is built using a modular architecture that allows different users—such as administrators, waitstaff, and kitchen personnel—to interact with the system based on their roles. It features a user-friendly interface for seamless order placement, real-time kitchen communication, automated billing, and effective stock management. Additionally, it supports role-based access control and generates comprehensive sales and inventory reports, assisting managers in making informed business decisions.
