This project aims to develop an affordable and efficient Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) using Raspberry Pi, integrating lane detection and tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) to enhance vehicle safety. The lane detection system utilizes a camera and computer vision algorithms to detect lane markers and maintain the vehicle’s position within the lane, preventing lane departure. The TPMS employs proximity and Hall effect sensors to monitor tire pressure, detecting sudden pressure drops that could lead to accidents. In case of a significant tire pressure drop, the system triggers an alert and automatically initiates braking to stop the vehicle, ensuring driver safety. By combining these two safety-critical features, the system offers real-time monitoring and proactive interventions at a low cost, making it an effective solution for improving road safety and vehicle stability. This ADS design provides a reliable, low-cost alternative to existing commercial systems. Top of Form
