Health and wellness have become a major concern in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Most existing systems focus on a single dimension such as fitness, diet, or mental health, which limits their effectiveness. A multi-wellness system integrates fitness tracking, nutrition monitoring, mental health support, and personalized analytics into one platform, ensuring a holistic approach toward well-being. This review synthesizes research from 2020–2025 on multi-wellness platforms and applications. It highlights how data-driven recommendations, personalized notifications, and user-friendly interfaces improve lifestyle management. The paper also discusses challenges such as data accuracy, user engagement, privacy, and lack of personalization, and outlines future directions including AI-driven recommendations, gamification, adaptive personalization, and integrated analytics.
