Abstract

The world in which we are living is surrounded by an environment that has a strong influence on the functioning of the individual. Business organizations like an individual also live in an environment which is highly dynamic and turbulent. Environmental factors that influence business are many like economic, technological, political and cultural. Understanding culture of an organization is vital for every employee to work productively. Organizations have to make sure that employees are fit with the culture of the organization. To make this happen, HR has to play a crucial role in facilitating communication as and when necessary. In this 21st century where globalization prevails everywhere and organizations are becoming culturally more sensitive. Leadership is attracting more attention from the employees who look forward for their assistance. Today cross cultural environment has been prevailing in almost every organization irrespective of their size and location. In order to make the organization more conducive to the cultural aspects and changes, management undoubtedly occupies a dominant role.
