The success of an organisation depends upon the proper utilisation of the all elements especially human resource which has been termed as ‘wealth’. Human resources is a department in a workplace that focuses on a company’s most important asset—its employees—to ensure they’re satisfied, engaged and have all the resources they need to perform as expected. A non-governmental organization (NGO) is a non-profit group that functions independently of any government. NGOs, sometimes called civil societies, are organized on community, national and international levels to serve a social or political goal such as humanitarian causes or the environment. As NGO’S doesn’t focus on earning profits and they lack professional management outlook because their main and primary focus is to provide service and help the people so they hire people who are ready to work at any cost and circumstance.so they don’t focus much professional management.
