With increasing safety concerns affecting women globally, there is critical need for intelligent emergency management systems providing real-time assistance. Existing women’s safety applications suffer from poor emergency services integration, complex user interfaces incompatible with crisis situations, and inaccurate location tracking. This paper presents SafeGuard, a next-generation web-based personal safety platform integrating one-touch emergency alerts, real-time high-accuracy GPS tracking, direct police dispatch API integration, trusted contact networks, and comprehensive safety features including fake call generation and community safety boards. SafeGuard achieves 60-75% faster emergency response times and 4-10x improvement in location accuracy compared to existing systems. Through comprehensive evaluation, this research demonstrates SafeGuard’s superior performance in emergency response speed, location accuracy, user interface simplicity, and overall emergency management effectiveness.
