This abstract introduces a School Fees Management System (SFMS) project developed using PHP for first and second-year IT students’ college projects. The SFMS aims to replicate real-life scenarios, facilitating efficient interaction between administrators and students while maintaining accurate financial records. It offers features such as student enrollment, grade level management, fee collection, report generation, and inactive student record management. Implemented with PHP and Bootstrap, the system prioritizes user experience through intuitive design and seamless navigation. Through rigorous testing, it promises to enhance administrative processes, reduce workload, and contribute to effective educational resource management. This SFMS project addresses the critical need for modern educational institutions to streamline administrative operations concerning student fees and records
