Wearable health devices continuously collect and transmit personal medical data, making them highly susceptible to security threats. This paper proposes a hybrid cryptographic framework that combines Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) for secure key exchange, AES-GCM for efficient encryption, HMAC for data integrity, and ECDSA for authentication. The proposed model ensures confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity (CIA) of data with minimal computational overhead, making it suitable for resource-constrained environments. Experimental eval- uation on an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller shows improved speed and reduced energy consumption compared to traditional cryptographic methods.
