ABSTRACT

A planned and astute approach to career development is necessary given the current work environment. This strategy should incorporate proactive safeguards against fake job advertising, digital portfolio building, dynamic CV preparation, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization. Smart Career Management Systems have become indispensable resources for job seekers seeking to improve their employability, create a strong online presence, and protect themselves from cyberattacks as technology transforms recruiting procedures. These integrated platforms make use of AI and machine learning to offer tailored advice, expedite the application process, and offer a thorough framework for overseeing each stage of a candidate's professional development.
