The “Smart Energy and Data Exchange Network for Vehicles” (SEDEN-V) is a novel system designed to enable autonomous and electric vehicles to dynamically share energy and exchange critical data with each other. This innovation addresses key challenges in the sustainability, efficiency, and reliability of autonomous and connected vehicular networks. Through a decentralized, peer-to-peer structure, vehicles within close proximity can transfer surplus energy to those in need, thus optimizing battery usage and reducing the risk of unexpected power depletion. Additionally, the system allows vehicles to exchange essential operational data, such as road conditions, traffic updates, and hazard warnings, to enhance overall safety and decision-making capabilities.
