1. ABSTRACT
Events play a crucial role in shaping the college experience, offering opportunities for academic, social, and personal development beyond the traditional classroom environment. Managing such events is a crucial aspect in a college life, encompassing a wide range of activities including registration, program co-ordination, participants management, certificate generation etc. This project proposes the development of a comprehensive digital solution to address the complexities and challenges inherent in event planning and execution. The proposed system aims to integrate cutting-edge technology with intuitive user interfaces to provide organizers with a versatile and efficient platform. Activities like registration and program management usually require a large amount of man power and a unified effort from all the members of the committee even a tiny laciness form at least one member will lead to an in-efficient management of programs and will cause a lot of complexity and confusion among the participants. The system is designed to offer a user-friendly interface for both organizers and participants, ensuring smooth navigation an efficient management throughout the event lifecycle. The system consists of an admin who controls the co- ordinators in the system. He/she will have the capability to admit the co- ordinators and can back check all the activities of the system. Program details can be updated by the co-ordinators directly through the system and participants can register for various events, certificates will be provided to the contestants both for participation and for winning the event. The system can be used for invitation purposes and also provides sponsorship management. The main objective of the system is to provide a user-friendly platform for the efficient and well-organized management of events .
