The proposed system, “Smart Microscope Image Classifier for Brain Tumor Detection,” aims to assist medical professionals in identifying brain tumors from MRI images using machine learning techniques. Brain tumors are one of the serious medical conditions that require early detection for effective treatment. Traditional methods of detecting tumors depend on manual analysis of MRI scans by radiologists, which can be time-consuming and may sometimes lead to diagnostic errors. The proposed system uses machine learning algorithms to analyze MRI brain images and automatically classify them into different categories such as Glioma, Meningioma, Pituitary tumor, and No Tumor. Image preprocessing techniques such as resizing and normalization are used to improve the quality of images before analysis. The trained model analyzes the input image and predicts the tumor type. The implementation includes a web-based interface where users can upload MRI images and receive instant prediction results along with confidence scores. This system helps improve diagnostic accuracy, reduce analysis time, and support medical professionals in making faster decisions. The proposed system contributes to the advancement of AI-based medical image analysis and intelligent healthcare systems..
KEYWORDS
The Smart Microscope Image Classifier for Brain Tumor Detection provides an intelligent solution for analyzing MRI brain images using machine learning techniques. The system helps medical professionals detect brain tumors quickly and accurately. By analyzing MRI images and identifying tumor patterns, the system classifies tumors into different categories such as Glioma, Meningioma, Pituitary tumor, and No tumor. This automated approach reduces the time required for manual diagnosis and improves diagnostic efficiency. The integration of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Image Processing enables faster decision-making and supports healthcare professionals in early detection of brain tumors.
