Abstract

The Smart Temple Management System using IoT with Web Application is designed to modernize and automate temple operations through the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and web-based solutions. Traditional temple management involves manual monitoring of resources such as crowd control, lighting, donations, and security, which can be inefficient and time-consuming. This system proposes a smart solution by deploying IoT sensors and devices to monitor real-time temple activities, including footfall tracking, energy consumption, and environmental conditions. BThe collected data is transmitted to a centralized web application, enabling administrators to remotely monitor and manage temple operations efficiently. Features such as automated lighting control, digital donation tracking, alert systems for overcrowding, and real-time surveillance enhance operational transparency and safety. Additionally, the web interface provides devotees with online services like booking, donation, and event updates. This system improves resource utilization, enhances security, and provides a seamless experience for both temple authorities and devotees. By leveraging IoT and web technologies, the proposed solution contributes to the digital transformation of traditional religious infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Full Article/Conclusion

The proposed Smart Temple Management System using IoT with Web Application provides an efficient and modern solution for managing temple activities through automation and real-time monitoring. By integrating IoT sensors with a centralized web platform, the system enables effective crowd management, energy optimization, and enhanced security. The implementation of features such as automated alerts, remote device control, and digital services like online booking and donation improves transparency and user convenience. The results demonstrate that the system reduces manual effort, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures better resource utilization. Hence, the proposed solution plays a vital role in transforming traditional temple management into a smart and digitalized system. In the future, the system can be further enhanced by integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for predictive analysis of crowd behavior and resource usage. Mobile application support can be added to improve accessibility for users. Additionally, the system can be expanded with features like facial recognition for security, voice-based assistance, and integration with smart city infrastructure. Cloud-based analytics can also be used for generating detailed reports and insights. These improvements will make the system more intelligent, scalable, and adaptable to various real-world scenarios.
