Agriculture continues to be the primary source of livelihood for a large section of the rural population. However, farmers often face multiple challenges such as groundwater depletion, livestock health issues, limited access to agricultural machinery, labor shortages, and a lack of awareness about government welfare schemes. Most of the existing digital solutions address only specific agricultural problems, forcing users to depend on several independent platforms. This fragmentation reduces efficiency and limits the adoption of technology in rural areas. To address these challenges, this paper presents SmartBhoomiHealth AI, an integrated web-based platform that combines agricultural support, groundwater intelligence, animal husbandry assistance, rural marketplace services, and government scheme awareness into a single ecosystem. The system leverages Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to provide intelligent recommendations, predictive analysis, and decision-support services for farmers and rural communities. Developed using Flask, Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the platform enables users to access multiple services through a unified and user-friendly interface. The proposed system assists farmers in evaluating groundwater availability, monitoring livestock health, accessing agricultural equipment and labor resources, obtaining information about government schemes, and making informed farming decisions. By integrating

Agriculture remains one of the most important sectors for economic growth and rural livelihood, yet farmers continue to face several challenges related to water management, livestock health, resource availability, and access to timely information. In many cases, these challenges are addressed through separate systems, making it difficult for users to access all the required services efficiently. Therefore, there is a growing need for integrated digital solutions that can simplify agricultural activities and support rural communities in a more effective manner. To address these challenges, the proposed SmartBhoomiHealth AI platform was developed as a comprehensive and user-friendly solution that combines multiple agricultural and rural support services within a single environment. The system integrates Groundwater Intelligence, Agricultural Support, Animal Husbandry Assistance, Seed Quality Assessment, Rural Marketplace facilities, and Government Scheme Awareness to provide users with easy access to information, resources, and intelligent recommendations. The implementation of the platform demonstrates the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in improving agricultural decision-making and resource management. By analyzing user inputs and generating personalized recommendations, the system helps users make informed choices related to farming practices, livestock care, groundwater utilization, and agricultural resource management. The centralized nature of the platform also improves convenience by reducing the need to use multiple applications for different services. Another important contribution of the system is its focus on accessibility and usability. The platform has been designed with a simple interface that can be used by individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge. This makes the system more practical for rural users and encourages the adoption of digital technologies in agriculture. Furthermore, the inclusion of marketplace services and government scheme information helps bridge the gap between farmers and the resources available to support their growth and development. The results obtained from the implementation indicate that SmartBhoomiHealth AI can serve as an effective tool for supporting agricultural productivity, improving resource utilization, and increasing awareness of important agricultural services. The integration of multiple functionalities within a single platform not only enhances efficiency but also promotes a more organized and connected approach to agricultural management. In conclusion, SmartBhoomiHealth AI represents a step towards the digital transformation of agriculture and rural development. By combining intelligent technologies with practical agricultural services, the platform provides a holistic solution that addresses real-world challenges faced by farmers and rural communities. The proposed system has the potential to contribute to sustainable farming practices, better decision-making, and improved quality of life in rural areas, ultimately supporting long-term agricultural and community development.
