SMARTCONNECT is a web-based hyperlocal platform designed to connect users with nearby service providers such as electricians, plumbers, and technicians within a limited geographical area. In today’s fast-paced environment, finding reliable local services is often time-consuming and inefficient. This system addresses the problem by providing a centralized and intelligent solution. The platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to understand user queries in natural language and match them with relevant service categories. It also uses geolocation technology to identify service providers within a defined radius, ensuring faster and more accurate results. The system supports real-time booking and status tracking using Socket.IO, allowing users and vendors to stay updated throughout the service process. SMARTCONNECT is developed using the MERN stack, which includes React.js for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MongoDB for database management. Additional features such as vendor verification, feedback system, and admin monitoring improve trust and transparency. Overall, the system enhances service discovery, reduces time and effort, and provides a reliable platform for both users and service providers in a hyperlocal environment.

5. CONCLUSION SMARTCONNECT is a smart and efficient solution designed to improve the process of finding and managing local services. The system successfully addresses the common problems faced by users, such as difficulty in finding reliable service providers, lack of real-time updates, and poor communication. By integrating technologies like Artificial Intelligence, geolocation, and real-time communication, the platform provides a modern and user-friendly approach to hyperlocal service management. The AI-based smart search helps users easily identify the required service, while geolocation ensures that only nearby vendors are displayed. Real-time booking and tracking further enhance transparency and improve interaction between users and service providers. The use of the MERN stack ensures that the system is scalable, flexible, and capable of handling multiple users efficiently. Features such as vendor verification and feedback systems help build trust and reliability within the platform. Overall, SMARTCONNECT simplifies service discovery, reduces time and effort, and enhances user experience. It provides a strong foundation for future improvements and has the potential to be implemented in real-world scenarios, especially in urban and semi-urban communities. In conclusion, the project demonstrates how combining modern technologies can create a practical, reliable, and scalable solution for hyperlocal service ecosystems.
