Social Entrepreneurship: A Comparative Analysis of its Requirement in Contemporary World

In recent years the scenario is changing fast regarding social entrepreneurship in the entire world in general and India in particular. There are a lot of positive changes in all spheres of social welfare as well as economic growth. It can be renewable energy, women welfare, e-learning, e- business, sustainable environmental development, education, health sector and so on and so forth. Social entrepreneurship is the call of the day. The major aim of this research paper is not only to provide information about the social entrepreneurs who have uplifted the downtrodden but also how they have added in policy making of their governments. It is also a study of those social entrepreneurs who are working to uplift the moral values amidst masses. Additionally, it studies those who are having their enterprises in major areas of boosting up the technology and creating varieties of job opportunities. There are bountiful of social entrepreneurs worldwide. Who are torch bearers for Indian entrepreneurs and provided them innovative ways of social enterprises. Thus this paper is a comparative analysis of not only global enterprises but also a selective study of those who belong to India.
