Modeling, simulation, production, assembly, and prototype technologies, including CNC (computer numerical control) milling, have progressed during the past few years. Today, a lot of people exploit these technical advancements to meet the needs of the modern economic system. In addition, a culture of makers, tinkerers, and hobbyists is emerging that is searching for novel ways to slow the rate of such generation. Researchers have offered numerous ideas and tactics to achieve sustainable development for companies whose growth may be accelerated in the future by adopting automation. These days, complex and expensive methods based on AI (artificial intelligence) and vision are used in automated soldering for PCB (printed circuit boards). Due to their great accuracy, flexibility, and precision, robotic arms are frequently used for machining, drilling, and milling tasks. In order to complete the soldering operation, a robotic arm and temperature-controlled soldering platform are combined into a single system in the low-cost, simpler automatic soldering device that is proposed. Soldering stations will be simpler and less expensive due to this design, which will benefit small- and medium-sized manufacturing businesses..
