Abstract

- Event management today requires efficient and automated solutions for sound system bookings. Manual sound booking methods remain inefficient, error-prone, and geographically limited. This paper introduces SoundEase, a multimodal online sound booking application that integrates web and mobile interfaces, provides real-time availability tracking, offers secure UPI-based payments, and sends automated notifications. The system architecture leverages Firebase for authentication and database management, Android Studio for mobile deployment, and REST APIs for payment integration. Comparative analysis between manual and online booking demonstrates significant improvements in speed, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Experimental evaluation shows a 65% reduction in booking time, 40% improvement in resource utilization, and 30% increase in customer satisfaction.
