This study presents a mechatronics-based approach for real-time condition monitoring of split air-conditioning systems. Integrating sensors and IoT technologies, the proposed system enables remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of critical parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and vibration. Mechatronics sensors, including temperature, pressure, gas sensor and vibration sensors, are strategically deployed to collect data on system performance. Advanced signal processing and machine learning algorithms analyze the data to detect anomalies, predict potential faults, and optimize system efficiency. The system provides real-time alerts and recommendations for maintenance, reducing downtime and energy consumption. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in Improving system reliability, efficiency, and overall performance. Also with the help of sensor and some arrangements in split Air-conditioned air exchange done to reduce indoor pollution like excess of co2 and other pollutants. With help of mechatronics arrangement self cleaning from dust and give previous information of this cleaning.
