Small businesses are one of the most important contributors to the Indian economy, yet they often struggle with limited customer reach, high competition, low brand awareness, and restricted promotional budgets. In recent years, digital marketing has emerged as an effective and affordable solution for helping small businesses expand their market presence and improve customer engagement. However, many small enterprises still face difficulties in adopting digital marketing strategies because of limited technical knowledge, lack of skilled staff, and uncertainty regarding digital tools. This research examines the strategic implementation of digital marketing strategies and their impact on the growth and sustainability of small businesses in India. The study focuses on how social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization influence customer engagement, sales growth, and brand awareness. A qualitative research approach has been used for the study, including interviews with small business owners operating in different sectors.
