[1] This paper examines sustainable finance models for olericulture (vegetable production) supply chains, addressing critical gaps in agricultural financing that hinder environmental, economic, and social sustainability. Through analysis of existing financing mechanisms and supply chain characteristics, we propose an integrated model combining green financing, value-chain financing, blended finance, and digital innovations. The Triple Bottom Line framework guides our assessment of sustainability impacts. Findings suggest that inclusive, risk-sharing financial mechanisms linked to ESG metrics can improve farmer income stability, enhance resource efficiency, and strengthen climate resilience. Policy recommendations emphasise public-private partnerships and de-risking instruments to scale sustainable finance in olericulture.
