Leadership plays a vital role in influencing employee motivation, morale, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. Different leadership styles significantly affect employee attitudes, workplace behaviour, commitment, teamwork, and productivity. This study analyses the effects of leadership style on employee morale at Tech Mahindra by examining leadership communication, employee involvement, recognition, managerial support, motivation, teamwork, and overall employee satisfaction. A descriptive research design was adopted using both primary and secondary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. For analytical purposes, Pearson Correlation Analysis was applied to examine the relationship between leadership style and employee morale. The findings indicate that supportive, participative, and transformational leadership styles positively influence employee morale, motivation, organizational commitment, and workplace satisfaction. The study concludes that effective leadership practices significantly contribute to employee engagement, productivity, and sustainable organizational growth at Tech Mahindra.
