Youth unemployment remains a significant challenge globally, with many young individuals lacking the necessary skills to secure employment. This paper explores the impact of skill development programs on enhancing youth employability, focusing on the effectiveness of vocational training, soft skills development, and government initiatives. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the paper examines how skill development initiatives contribute to bridging the gap between education and employment, thereby fostering economic growth and social stability.
