Abstract

Employee motivation plays a vital role in improving organizational performance and achieving business objectives. Motivated employees are more committed, productive, and satisfied with their jobs, which ultimately contributes to the overall success of an organization. Workplace motivation refers to the internal and external factors that encourage employees to perform their tasks efficiently and achieve organizational goals. Factors such as financial rewards, recognition, career growth opportunities, job security, training, and a positive work environment significantly influence employee motivation. When employees are motivated, they tend to exhibit higher levels of performance, creativity, teamwork, and commitment, while reducing absenteeism and employee turnover. Conversely, a lack of motivation can lead to poor performance, dissatisfaction, and decreased productivity. This research paper aims to examine the relationship between workplace motivation and employee productivity by identifying the key motivational factors that influence work performance. The study also explores how organizations can implement effective motivational strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve overall productivity. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for organizations in developing motivational practices that support sustainable growth and employee well-being.
