Theory Exam seat management system is created to facilitate the process of examination hall allotment by the institute to avoid last rush to check in their allotted halls. This software is developed to generate the exam hall details such as class, time, date and subject of the examination report before exam starts. In this proposed system, a website is developed for admin and students, and is useful for a particular college or school. Most of the students find it difficult to find the examination corridor. Students can access the system to check exam hall allotment and enter PRN number. for downloading hall ticket. During the exam, staff can use the system to monitor and manage the exam process. They can track attendance, verify student identities, and ensure a secure and controlled environment. The Theory Exam Seat Management System simplifies and automates the entire process of conducting theory exams, from exam creation to hall allotment. The system helps students to find exam hall. It helps also staff to assign and view exam hall. This project keeps track of various details in the module like student details, exam timing details and hall details with appropriate descriptions.
