Managing important financial documents such as bills, warranties, and insurance policies has become increasingly challenging due to the growing volume of digital communications across multiple platforms like SMS, emails, and scanned receipts. Manual tracking of expiry dates, renewal schedules, and pay-ment deadlines often leads to missed reminders and inefficient document organization. This paper presents VAULTX, an AI-powered secure mobile application designed to automatically extract, organize, and manage financial documents from multiple data sources using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The system identifies key information such as expiry dates, policy details, warranty duration, and payment schedules, and provides intelli-gent reminders to prevent missed deadlines. It also generates policy health scores and recommends suitable insurance or warranty plans based on extracted data insights. All documents are securely stored using encrypted cloud storage to ensure privacy and accessibility. By integrating automated extraction, predictive analytics, and secure document management within a unified dashboard interface, VAULTX enhances efficiency, reduces manual effort, and improves financial document tracking for users.
