Abstract

In general, monitoring and controlling is an essential process to observe and improve the reliability and performance of a system. Programmable logic controllers (PLC) are an essential part of the system. But to control this PLC development of PC software in visual studio C# language communicated to PLC through Serial Modbus RTU to PLC controllers. Data can be exchanged from PLC to PC and the same application data can be dumped to My SQL server. For remotely monitoring this PC-based application from other locations but connected with intranet over the same network. Which can monitor all running status of the PLC system. Also, BLCDC motor controlling and speed variation using the PLC application will be completed in this section. Also, vary the BLDC motor RPM with Software application through PLC analog output, and measure the accuracy of actual RPM coming PLC operation with Tachometer.
