Workforce diversity has become a critical phenomenon in organizations in which the workforce’s knowledge, skills, and adaptability have a significant impact on the company’s overall performance. The data are analysed using descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation and regression methods along with mediation analysis. The results show that diversity has a positive and significant impact on digital capability (β = 0.451, p < 0.001). Also, digital capability influences positively and significantly the employees’ performance (β = 0.593, p < 0.001) whereas the influence of workforce diversity also significant on direct effect on employees’ performance (β = 0.382, p < 0.001).
