The present study aims to examine the compensation management practices adopted by Wipro Limited and evaluate their impact on employee satisfaction, motivation, and organizational performance. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 100 employees using a simple random sampling method. Secondary data were collected from books, research journals, company annual reports, websites, and HR publications. The findings of the study reveal that the majority of employees are satisfied with Wipro's compensation policies. Performance-based rewards, incentives, bonuses, and employee welfare benefits significantly improve employee motivation, productivity , and organizational commitment. The study concludes that Wipro's compensation management practices contribute positively to employee retention and the overall success of the organization.
