Industrial training is an essential component of Diploma-level civil engineering education because it connects classroom concepts with construction-site practice. This paper presents the practical learning obtained during industrial training at Bhairavnath Construction and Developers, Ahilyanagar. The training covered site layout, excavation, foundations, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, material handling, quality checks and safety practices. Students observed the roles of engineers, supervisors and workers and gained exposure to construction equipment, raw materials, engineering drawings and site coordination. The report also records practical challenges such as reinforcement checking against bar bending schedules, long working hours and dusty site conditions. The experience helped bridge theory and practice and strengthened technical knowledge, safety awareness, teamwork, time management and professional discipline.
