KEYWORDS
The study shows that High-Performance Work Systems play a part in making employees work better and helping organizations work more effectively in big companies that operate in many countries. The people who did the study found out that things like checking how well employees are doing teaching them things letting them be a part of decisions and telling them how they are doing on a regular basis really help make employees happy and work harder. The study says that talking to employees clearly helping them learn and grow all the time and having managers support them are very important for making High-Performance Work Systems work. Companies that help their employees get better and have human resources systems are more likely to do well and be successful for a long time.
