Abstract

This paper examines the impact of New Product Development (NPD) on operational efficiency in the packaging industry, using Manohar Filaments Pvt. Ltd. as a case study. The study evaluates how innovation influences productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, waste minimization, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Data were collected from 120 employees across multiple departments. Statistical analysis revealed a strong positive relationship between NPD and operational efficiency.
