Organizational culture is the set of values and standards adopted by an organization, which governs the behavior of its members. These values and standards are used as a basis for making decisions and performing certain actions, including the ways in which employees interact with each other and their behavior at work. Positive organizational culture contributes to employee motivation, commitment, satisfaction with their jobs and work as a team. On the contrary, poor organizational culture often leads to low employee morale, reduced productivity, and turnover of staff members. Therefore, it is important to understand the impact of organizational culture on employee behavior. This paper seeks to examine how organizational culture affects employee behavior and determine whether there is a link between particular cultural elements and employees' attitudes, performance, interaction, and adherence to organizational goals. In this study, various aspects of organizational culture are reviewed and evaluated based on their impact on employee behavior, including leadership, communication, organizational values, and others. The data required for the study will be obtained via structured questionnaires and analyzed along with information from secondary sources. The results show that a well-developed and favorable organizational culture has a positive effect on the behavior of employees.
