The study focuses on leadership communication, employee motivation, decision-making, delegation, team management, employee support, and their contribution to organizational success. Primary data were collected from 100 DMart employees through a questionnaire, while secondary information was obtained from books, journals, research publications, industry reports, and company-related sources. Percentage analysis and frequency distribution were used to interpret responses. The findings indicate that supportive and participative leadership improves motivation, teamwork, productivity, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. The study recommends leadership development and employee-focused management practices.
