This project presents an AI-based system for Detecting deepfakes across image, audio, and video formats. By tapping into the power of deep learning, architectures such as convolutional neural CNNs for visual analysis and spectrogram-based models for audio, the system It accurately identifies manipulated content. The web interface-built using Flask, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—allows users to upload media and receive real-time feedback on authenticity. The proposed solution targets the increasing Concerns around misinformation and digital security by offering a scalable, user-friendly verification tool for individuals, organizations, and cybersecurity professionals. This is a fast-developing phenomenon of deepfakes. expanded across social media, entertainment. and political communication. While these technologies that illustrate the creative capability of AI, they simultaneously undermine trust and Authenticity in digital content, fake news videos cloned voices, and fake public statements can inflict reputational, financial, and political damage. Hence, developing robust deepfake detection systems is increasingly becoming an essential Research Priority: The project "Deepfake, AI-powered Detection System for Image, Audio, and Video” aims to deliver a real-time, web-based application that can automatically analyze and detect manipulated digital media using techniques for advanced AI.
KEYWORDS
The Deepfake Detection System Using AI for Image, Audio, and Video is a major step forward in the quest for the security of digital authenticity in the face of the rapidly evolving synthetic media technology space. The emergence of AI-based tools such as Open AI, generative models, deep learning frameworks, and platforms such as Google has made the creation of highly believable manipulated media content more accessible than ever before. Thus, the need for the Deepfake Detection System using AI is not only desirable but also essential. Conclusion The Deepfake Detection System using AI is not only a technological solution but also a vital security mechanism in the face of the rapidly evolving synthetic media technology space. Thus, the evolution of the Deepfake Detection System using AI is essential in the face of the rapidly evolving generative AI technology space, ensuring the evolution of AI is responsible and authentic, while also ensuring the integrity of AI-generated content.
