The agricultural industry is quite significant in India. Unfortunately, many farmers do not have enough money to purchase modern machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and other farming tools. Therefore, this project is aimed at providing a means for these farmers to rent agricultural equipment easily via a mobile application or through the Web-Based platform – "Mobile Based Farm Equipment Rental Platform". Through this system, the user can view the equipment that is available for rent, along with the rental rate, and request the equipment they need for their required time frame. The owner of the equipment will be able to list their equipment for rent using this platform and it will help lower the cost of farming for farmers, while at the same time increase the amount of equipment that is used by farmers. This system is intended to give farmers the easiest possible access to farming equipment; to help reduce the financial burden of purchasing this type of equipment; and to help increase agricultural productivity using a very simple digital solution.
