Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is becoming an important technology in modern businesses and is increasingly being used to support employees in their daily work. This research examines the role of Generative AI in enhancing employee productivity and improving workplace efficiency. The study focuses on how AI tools can help employees complete tasks faster, reduce repetitive work, generate ideas, support research and communication, and improve overall work performance. The research also discusses the major benefits of using Generative AI, such as saving time, reducing workload, improving efficiency, supporting decision-making, enhancing creativity, and helping employees develop new skills. At the same time, the study examines challenges such as inaccurate information, data privacy and security concerns, employee dependence on AI, fear of job loss, lack of AI skills, and reduced human interaction. The study concludes that Generative AI can positively contribute to employee productivity when it is used properly and responsibly. Human supervision, employee skills, data security, and proper organizational guidelines remain important for achieving effective and balanced use of Generative AI in the workplace.

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is becoming an important technology in modern businesses. It helps employees complete their work faster, reduce repetitive tasks, generate ideas, prepare documents, perform research, and improve communication. From the study, it can be understood that GenAI has the potential to improve employee productivity and overall work efficiency. GenAI can save employees' time by helping them with routine and time-consuming activities. It can also reduce workload and support employees in problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, and learning new skills. When used correctly, AI tools can allow employees to focus more on important and creative tasks instead of spending too much time on repetitive work. However, the use of GenAI also has some challenges. AI-generated information may sometimes be incorrect, and employees may become too dependent on AI tools. Data privacy and security are also important concerns, especially when employees use confidential business information. There may also be concerns about job security and the need for employees to develop proper AI-related skills. Therefore, Generative AI should be considered as a tool that supports employees rather than completely replacing human involvement. Human knowledge, judgment, creativity, and supervision are still important for maintaining the quality and accuracy of work. Overall, the study concludes that Generative AI can have a positive effect on employee productivity when it is used responsibly and effectively. Businesses should provide proper training, create clear guidelines, protect confidential information, and maintain human supervision while using AI. A balanced combination of human skills and Generative AI can help businesses improve productivity, efficiency, and workplace performance.
