Job recruitment is a crucial bridge between skill development and professional employment, yet candidates often face challenges due to the lack of structured, company-specific information on eligibility, hiring stages, and job roles. Experienced professionals and previous applicants, having firsthand exposure to these processes, possess valuable insights that could guide job seekers; however, this knowledge remains fragmented and underutilized. This study proposes a centralized job entry portal that organizes and disseminates authentic recruitment-related information. The system enables professionals to share company-specific hiring details, mentorship support, and preparation strategies, fostering peer learning and informed decision-making. Additionally, the platform integrates an AI Resume Generator that automatically creates professional, industry-standard resumes tailored to candidates’ profiles and target roles, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of job applications. By leveraging shared experiences and intelligent automation, the platform enhances candidates’ job readiness, confidence, and strategic preparation while strengthening professional networking and engagement. The proposed model contributes to improved hiring outcomes and career growth by transforming shared experience into an accessible resource for job guidance and recruitment preparedness.
KEYWORDS
The present study introduced the Job Entry Portal, a secure, role-based digital ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and experienced professionals within the context of recruitment and career development. By integrating modern web technologies, structured database management, and authentication mechanisms, the platform successfully demonstrated its potential to facilitate verified interactions, professional mentorship, and experience sharing. The results from implementation and testing confirm that the Job Entry Portal not only enhances user engagement through interactive modules but also strengthens professional collaboration by enabling experts to contribute meaningfully to the job ecosystem. Through its intuitive design and robust backend infrastructure, the system establishes a trustworthy and scalable channel for communication, mentorship, and knowledge exchange. The contributions of this work lie in three major aspects. First, it provides a unified platform where users can access verified job insights, connect directly with professionals, and share recruitment experiences in a structured and moderated environment. Second, it enhances platform credibility by ensuring that shared data and experiences pass through verification mechanisms, maintaining authenticity. Third, it lays the foundation for sustainable professional engagement, promoting a long-term culture of guidance, collaboration, and career preparedness. Additionally, the integration of the AI Resume Generator further strengthens the system by enabling users to create professional, role-specific resumes efficiently, improving job application outcomes. Nevertheless, this study acknowledges several limitations. The current deployment focuses on a limited user base, restricting its reach across broader professional networks. Real-time notifications, advanced analytics, and large-scale integration features are not yet fully realized in the existing system. Additionally, while the platform provides core communication and guidance functionalities, it lacks advanced AI-driven tools such as resume parsing, skill- matching, and predictive job insights that could further enhance personalization. Addressing these limitations will be essential for scaling and improving the platform in future iterations. For future work, several promising directions have been identified to enhance the scope and impact of the Job Entry Portal. A key focus will be on integrating job posting and internship modules, enabling recruiters and professionals to share real-time opportunities directly with job seekers. Incorporating webinars, discussion forums, and live mentorship sessions can foster continuous learning and engagement. From a technical perspective, implementing real-time notifications, cloud-based scalability, and advanced analytics dashboards can significantly improve performance and monitoring. Furthermore, integrating AI- driven recommendation systems can personalize job matching, predict hiring trends, and provide tailored career guidance, alongside enhancing the AI Resume Generator. Expanding support for larger professional networks will further increase the platform’s usability and impact. In conclusion, the Job Entry Portal represents a significant advancement in bridging the gap between job seekers and industry professionals through a structured, secure, and collaborative digital environment. While the current version focuses on verified interactions, mentorship, and job guidance, future enhancements aim to transform it into a comprehensive career development platform. With continued innovation, scalability, and user-driven participation, the Job Entry Portal has the potential to redefine how individuals prepare for and access employment opportunities in the evolving digital era..
