3. Article Submission and Publication Policy
Submitting an article to any of our journals does not guarantee publication. Similarly, becoming a registered author of our association by paying a membership fee does not imply automatic publication of your article. All submitted articles undergo a rigorous peer-review process by our reviewers, and publication is contingent upon acceptance through this review.
It is understood that by submitting articles to our journals, author(s) have obtained all necessary prior permissions for materials, images, opinions, concepts, and data presented in their respective articles from the rightful owners or sources.

The registration/publication fee paid to IJSREM is solely to make the author eligible for publishing articles in IJSREM journals; it does not confer membership in the IJSREM core team or imply membership in a society or association.
This fee contributes towards the expenses incurred in managing and operating the site, funding its growth, article processing expenses, and other miscellaneous costs shared by authors who publish through us. It represents a business model where a journal system is maintained by a team of academia and researchers, enabling authors to publish their research work by sharing these operational expenses.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
