Abstract - Finding suitable labor in the nearby area that matches the user's interests and skills can be a challenging task. The goal of this project is to create an automated system that establishes communication and strengthens the relationship between customers and workers. This system aims to reduce the time and effort spent on searching for workers efficiently. One of the significant advantages of this system is that it helps workers find suitable jobs throughout the year, improving their financial status. Moreover, it addresses situations where customers face emergencies related to work, such as cleaning or painting, in a new city where they don't know anyone. Our system overcomes this problem by providing an easy way for users to find workers according to their specific needs. The main focus of this project is to develop an automated system that facilitates communication and strengthens the customer-worker relationship. It streamlines the process of finding workers and reduces the time and effort required to search for them efficiently.
Our web application, called "Online Workers and Labor Searching," offers a user-friendly search platform where laborers and workers can register and update their details and skills. To ensure convenience, we have developed the user functionalities as a web application. Users can provide reviews and feedback about businesses, which can be viewed by others. It's common for workers to be unavailable or inefficient at times, and some may struggle to find daily work to meet their needs. This creates challenges for both the customers and the workers. To address these issues, our proposed system allows anyone to book workers based on their location or area. Workers can register at any time, and their information is processed and presented to customers for easy booking.
