Abstract - Animal Safety and Health is a web-based application dedicated to pet welfare. A place to bring stray, lost, abandoned, or abandoned pets and set them aside. Each pet requires special care and attention, which is realized within the organization. Animal welfare on farms provokes a public debate in society, but farmers' voices and their views on animal welfare are rarely heard, even though it is the farmers who can actually improve animal welfare. The application allows users to adopt pets, volunteer for pets, purchase pet related products, and donate any desired amount to an organization. Since this application is developed for non-profit organizations, the amount donated will be used for the welfare of pets. Application users can volunteer pets or adopt pets from the application. Applications include food for purchase, pet related products such as grooming products. Products can be purchased by credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery. The application also provides users with pet health care guidelines, how to care for pets, and how to care for them after adoption.
