Abstract –

The project presents a comprehensive approach to automate bucket excavator manufacturing processes through the integration of CNC machining, robotic arm, roll bending technology and Arduino UNO based control unit innovatively designed in the solid works in 3D modeling animator. Each components play a vital role in Stream lining production, improving precision and reducing manual intervention, Automation required in many industries. The CNC system provides precise control over machining operation, ensuring accuracy and repeatability in the fabrication of components. The robotic arm is employed for material handling tasks, such as picking and placing work piece during the manufacturing process, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing manual labor requirements. Furthermore, the roll bending mechanism is used to formation of curved components essential for bucket excavator structure. The integration of these machines facilitated by the Arduino UNO based control unit, which orchestrate the operation of individual components and ensure seamless coordination.
