This study provides a comprehensive analysis of key management functions, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. It also discusses modern trends in management, such as agile methodologies, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. Through an extensive review of literature and case studies, this research highlights the role of leadership, corporate culture, and strategic management in enhancing organizational performance. Findings suggest that adaptable and innovative management approaches are crucial in today’s dynamic business environment.
