Abstract - The AI Health Coach Smart Lifecycle & Diabetes Control System represents a powerful leap forward in patient- centered diabetes care and preventive health management. Diabetes Management, AI Health Coach, Lifestyle Modification, Glucose Tracking, Personalized Medicine, Digital Health Records, Telemedicine Integration, Health Analytics, Preventive Care, Electronic Health Systems. Fragmented health infrastructure, inconsistent data practices, and language barriers exacerbate these challenges, leaving many patients without timely support.
