This study investigates emerging trends in e-commerce, including personalization, mobile commerce (m- commerce), social commerce, and sustainability, while analyzing their implications for businesses and consumers. Leveraging data from industry reports, case studies, and academic research, the analysis highlights the role of artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain in enhancing customer experiences and streamlining operations. Additionally, the study explores the growth of subscription-based models, cross-border e-commerce, and the increasing emphasis on eco-friendly practices.
